All orders require 5-10 business days to be painted and a final picture of the painting will be emailed to customers for approval. Small variations may occur due to the manual work required for each painting.
Returns & Exchanges
You have up to 180 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Customers cover return shipping, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds: Issued after inspection; rejected or damaged items not reported within 7 days are not eligible. Any courier return fees are deducted.
- Exchanges: Your first exchange is free; additional exchanges require you to cover return shipping.
- Custom/Personalized items: Not eligible for refund.
