Shipping for my canvas was relatively quick. I love my canvas but surprised that they are so expensive. Mine was at least 50% off and I think was still to expensive but purchased anyway. Maybe all canvas pictures are expensive everywhere...I don't know. I shopped around and found some canvas more expensive and some less expensive but never found this particular print so decided to get it. It is super light and easy to hang.

My picture was delivered in perfect condition and is as beautiful as shown online.
It was not clear I would have to actually put the canvas together. The canvas came rolled up in a ball and wrinkled. My husband and I are elderly and retired and could not have put the picture together. So after paying $450 for the picture I would have had to pay someone to put it together! When I called to get a return label I was told I had to pay out of pocket for the return. Very., very disappointed
I looked at this canvas for 2 months before purchasing it & was always drawn to the detail & vibrant "real" look of it. Did not look like high quality when received, and trying to return it is a nightmare. Not good customer service.

Q: "The dimensions say 90 cm. Can it be installed less than 90 cm. The space we have is only 30 inches. The Laurel clock. What is the return policy"
A: Yes! You can space the numbers closer if you need to :) The 90cm is our recommendation but we see many happy customers do it larger or smaller.
